How do I track the delivery of my card?

We understand that in order to get organized until your card arrives, it's important to keep track of your delivery status.

In our app, you can have this view. Just follow these steps:

  1. Access your account through the APP on your cell phone;
  2. On the Cards screen, it will be possible to view information about the production of the card, as well as the status after it has been sent, such as Card in production, Your physical card is on the way, Card in transit and Your card has been delivered;
  3. By clicking on the option in blue Track delivery, you will be redirected to the page where you can find more details, including the tracking code.

After delivery, you can activate your physical card.

You can also get to know our virtual card, while the physical one is not enough!
