How do I track the delivery of my card?

We understand that keeping track of your card's delivery status is important to stay organized until it arrives.

In our app, you can view this information. Just follow these steps:

  1. Access your account through the app on your mobile device;

  2. On the Cards screen, you can view information about the card’s production status as well as its status after dispatch, which includes Card in Production, Your physical card is on its way, Card in Transit, and Your card has been delivered;

  3. By clicking on the blue option Track Delivery, you will be redirected to a page with more details, including the tracking code.

 

 

You can also create a virtual card while waiting for the physical one to arrive!

 

This article will guide you on how to create a virtual card.
Note that virtual cards have no limits per user, and you can create as many as you wish.
