To keep your account clean, safe, and easy to manage, Clara automatically cancels Virtual and White (physical) cards that haven’t been used for a long time.
This policy does not apply to Black cards.
When can a card be canceled?
Your Virtual or White card may be canceled if it meets any of the following conditions:
Never activated
It was created more than 6 months ago and was never activated in the Clara app.Blocked or frozen for over 6 months
The card has been continuously blocked or frozen for more than 6 months.No activity for the past 12 months
No payments, withdrawals, or transactions have been made during this period.
