How do I lock or unlock a card?

Therefore, in cases of suspicious purchases, loss, or theft of your card, for example, you can easily block it. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into our platform and go to "Cards."
  2. Click on the desired card.
  3. On the right-hand screen, there will be a lock button; simply slide it to block the card.

 

To unblock, just select the "Unblock" button and confirm the action to reactivate the card functionalities.
