The 4-digit password is required for purchases using our Clara Business and Clara Business Black physical cards.
You can access the password whenever you want by entering your Clara account through the mobile application. So whenever you forget it, just check it out there.
Card locked by incorrect password
If you tried to make purchases with your physical Clara cards and entered the incorrect password more than 3 times, the card is automatically blocked by security measures.
If this occurs, we advise you to look for us through our channels.
