What should I do when I don't recognize a purchase?

If you do not recognize a transaction made on your Clara card, you can report the purchase directly through your Clara app or computer by accessing the transaction details.

 

Report via the app:

  1. In the Transactions menu, click on the transaction you do not recognize to view more details.
  2. Then, click on the "Report" button.
  3. Select the reason for disputing the purchase and click "Continue".
  4. Click "Finish" and you're done! Our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep an eye on your email.


Report via computer:

  1. In the Transactions menu, click on the transaction you do not recognize to view more details.

If fraud or theft of the card is identified, the chargeback process will be initiated in accordance with Mastercard rules.

*Chargeback: It is a process to dispute an unrecognized purchase in order to obtain a refund.
