Where do I access the invoice and the payment slip?

Facilitating corporate financial management goes beyond simplifying the tracking of employee expenses in your company.

 

It's necessary to streamline and optimize payment processes as well, which is why on our platform, invoices and payment slips are easily accessible with just one click.

Here's how to access invoices and payment slips on our platform:

 

Invoice

The current month's invoice and those from previous months can be accessed only by Account Owners and Accountants.

To view them, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the platform with your username and password.
  2. Click on the "Management" menu, then go to the "Company" tab.

  3. Access the "Account Statements" section.
  4. Download the desired invoice by clicking on the corresponding icon under the "Account Status" column.

 

The PDF file is available on the platform the day after the invoice is closed.

For detailed access to the invoice, click on the button next to the PDF indication in the right corner, as shown in the image below:

You will then be directed to the Transactions page, where you can filter by the desired period and download.

 

Payment Slip

Payment slips related to invoices are released along with the issuance of the current invoice and can be accessed by Account Owners and Accountants as follows:

  1. Log in to the platform with your username and password.
  2. Click on the "Summary" tab.
  3. If a payment slip is available for payment, click on the "Pay" button.
  4. You will be directed to a page with the PDF file of the payment slip.

 

You can also check if the payment has been integrated under the "Company" - "Account Status" tab, in the "Status" column. Additionally, we send a payment confirmation email to account administrators and accountants.
