If you are unable to complete the registration on our website and access our platform, the guidelines below can help you according to each situation.
Invalid e-mail
When registering, the ideal thing is that you use an email with a corporate domain (Ex: clara@clara.com.br) and avoid using emails with a public domain (Ex: @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo) .
If your company does not yet have a corporate domain and the message "Invalid E-mail" appears on the registration screen, contact us through the call center.
Invalid password
If, when trying to access the platform, the message "Invalid credentials" appears on the screen, check if:
You are typing the login email in lowercase only;
The password entered is actually correct.
If you are still unable to login to the platform, request a password reset here. You will receive an email with instructions for creating a new password and accessing your account.
Account confirmation e-mail not arriving
If you registered your email on our website or an account administrator created your login, but the account confirmation email was not delivered, we suggest that you:
- Check if the email arrived in the SPAM box.
If you have not gone to SPAM and your company already has an administrator registered on our platform, ask the person in charge:
- Click on the "Team" tab;
- Click on the 3 dots in the "Actions" column in the row with your name;
- Select the option "Resend verification email";
- After these steps, we advise you to check your email, click on the link sent and set your password.
Password reset e-mail not arriving
If you have tried to reset your password, but have not received instructions via email, we suggest that you:
- Check if the email arrived in the SPAM box;
- Access another browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and forward the password reset;
- If you still do not receive the email and your company already has an administrator registered on our platform, contact the person in charge and ask them to follow these steps:
- Click on the "Team" tab;
- Click on the 3 dots in the "Actions" column in the row with your name;
- Select the option "Resend verification email";
- After these steps, we advise you to check your email and reset your password.
If you are unable to access the platform even after following the steps above, please contact us through the service channel of your choice:
