With our new Multientity tool, it's possible to manage multiple companies from the same platform. As an Administrator and/or Accountant, you can switch from one user to another, and the platform will show the information corresponding to the selected company.
You can also add the same users to different companies and assign the roles you prefer for each one. They can be different, but it is important to use the same email address.

In the upper corner of the Clara platform, you will find this option:

After selecting it, a screen will open to register a new company, with onboarding and document submission;

Once the onboarding is completed, you will see options at the top of the page to click on other companies;

You can add existing users to new companies through the “create +” button at the top of the page;

On the "create user" screen, when entering the email and CPF, they must match the existing user. The role of this user can be configured as desired. If you need to recall what each role means, this article explains it.

The new user will receive an email after this process and must accept the invitation to join the new company.
Can two different emails be registered in Multientity?
No, it is not possible. The user's email must be the same. It is also not possible to register emails with different domains for each company.
Can the same user have a physical card for each account?
Yes, it is possible. The same user can have an active physical card for each company they are registered with.
