The user with the Admin role can reset the authentication for other users as follows:

In the "Management" menu, click on the "Team" tab;
- Find the desired user;

In the corresponding user line, at the end of it, click the three dots;

Select the option to "Reset two-step authentication". Done.
After resetting the two-step authentication, the user can set up authentication again.
Upon logging in, an updated QR Code will be available for scanning.
We recommend that the user does not update or change the page and follows the instructions provided by the authentication app installed on their phone.
Note that two-step authentication is an additional layer of security to protect your account, so we recommend reactivating two-factor authentication as soon as possible.
