Among the many advantages of the Clara Business Black card, you can count on the Original Extended Warranty on your purchases.
With this benefit, the costs of repairing, replacing or refunding the value of purchased products that malfunction are covered.
Important: the presentation of the purchase receipt and the issuance of the Single Ticket is mandatory to request the Original Extended Warranty.
Coverage Conditions
- The purchase of the product must be fully funded with the Clara Business Black card;
- The product must be purchased in physical stores and Brazilian websites (the website or reseller must be registered in Brazil);
- Coverage covers products with a minimum warranty of 3 months and a maximum of 3 years;
- The Original Extended Warranty doubles the factory warranty on the purchased product, limited to 12 months;
- Maximum coverage amount: USD 2,500.00 per incident and USD 5,000.00 over a 12-month period;
