Thinking of another way to optimize your expenses and consolidate all your payments in one place, we've created Clara's Digital Account!

The Digital Account is a new product from Clara designed to empower our customers to operate with speed and financial clarity, serving as a digital business account that integrates seamlessly with our other payment and financial management services.

 

How do I open my Clara Digital Account?

To open your account, access the "Digital Account" menu, click on the "Dashboard" tab on the platform to accept the Terms and Conditions and gain access to your account.

What functionalities will I have access to in Clara's Digital Account?

  • Account creation: Account creation is completed when the customer accepts the account's Terms and Conditions on the platform.
  • Account balance: Users can check their account statement in real-time within the platform.
  • TED receipt: Users can add funds to their account via TED transfers, provided they originate from an account of the same ownership. Usage period: No restrictions.
  • TED payment: Users can send amounts to third parties via TED transfers, whether they are of the same ownership or not. Usage period: From 07:30 to 16:30.
  • Bill issuance: Users can create bills to receive payments from third parties in Clara's Digital Account. Usage period: No restrictions.
  • Payment of Bills: Users can pay bills with funds available in Clara's Digital Account. These payments may take up to 3 business days to clear. Usage period: 07:00 to 22:00.
  • Transaction limits: Users can set daily transaction limits by period (day and night) and beneficiary, with detailed application deadlines in the security measures item.

 

What receipts will I have access to in Clara's Digital Account?

  • Account balance: Available 24 hours on the Clara platform.
  • TED inbound receipt: Not available yet.
  • TED outbound receipt: Available on demand on the platform with instant download.
  • Payment slip receipt: Not available yet.
  • Payment of payment slip receipt: Available on demand on the platform with instant download.
  • Account statement: Available on demand on the platform with instant download.

 

How does DesConta Clara work?

  • The funds in your Clara Digital Account can earn returns based on up to 110% of the net CDI (net) from the account balance, and this gain will be applied as a discount on your Clara invoice.

  • The maximum discount that can be given is equivalent to the total amount of the invoice.
  • The discount will accumulate in the current month until reaching 3% of that invoice amount. After reaching this amount, the balance will return 95% of the net CDI.

 

What are the security measures of Clara's Digital Account?

  • Currently, only those with Administrator access can perform transactions in the Account.
  • For any request for changes in the general limits of Clara's Digital Account (increases or decreases), our modification period may take up to 30 days. For any request for changes in the company's general transaction limits, we have a deadline of up to 30 days, with increases requiring at least 24 hours.
  • In case of theft / robbery of credentials, the customer must immediately contact us via our service channels so that we can proceed with blocking the account until the situation is resolved.
  • Login requires a password directly on the platform and requires two-step authentication.
