If it is necessary to request a new card (in cases of theft, loss or cloning, for example), you can deactivate the card that appears as active.
- Go to the "Cards" tab;
- Click on the corresponding card line;
- Select the referring card option, then click the "Status" box and "Disable".
In this way, the card will be disabled on the platform and cannot be activated again, being only possible to view the transaction history.
