Two-Step Authentication is a new security feature that, along with your password, protects your account. This is a secret key that only you will have access to through a two-step authentication app.
When accessing your Clara account from a new device with this new protection enabled, you must provide your password, as well as the secret key you have set. Thus, we guarantee that it is really you who is trying to access your account.
