Activate your Clara Business and Clara Business Black physical cards using the Clara Card app. After activation, you can use your cards whenever and wherever you need to.
Important: It is necessary that your physical Clara card has been delivered and that you have it on hand for activation.
- Download the Clara Card app, available for iOS and Android;
- Use your e-mail and password, the same as your Clara account;
- If you have more than one card created, drag the image of the cards to the sides to find the card to be activated;
- Click the "Activate card" button;
- Enter your 4-digit card and CVV (Security Code);
- Click on Continue and that's it, your card is ready to be used.
Card password access
The password for your physical Clara Business or Clara Business Black card is unique and can be found through the mobile app. To view it, select the desired card and click on "View password".
Important: Your card password should not be shared and avoid writing it down elsewhere.
